Senior Product Owner - Partnerships (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive the product roadmap and create actionable feature specifications aligned with product requirements.
• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, design, business development, marketing, and data science teams to deliver end-to-end product functionality.
• Manage product quality and release reliability while meeting customer expectations.
• Use customer feedback, product analytics, and data to generate insights and measurable business outcomes.
• Build and prioritise the product backlog, aligning daily delivery with strategic business objectives.
• Work with business development and external partners to onboard affiliates, manage relationships, and scope technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, including 1–2 years as a Senior Product Owner.
• Experience prototyping, testing, and validating product hypotheses.
• Experience building and managing backlogs through iterative delivery, lean principles, and MVPs.
• Hands-on experience with engineering teams in an Agile environment, particularly Scrum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, technical acumen, and an understanding of UI/UX design.

Nice to have

• Product Owner certification.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar product management tools.
