• Align and influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Build and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and partnerships for strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive applied experience in engineering, product development, or technical environments.
• Proven experience in product/component lifecycle management and roadmap development.
• Demonstrated ability in market analysis and interpretation of customer requirements.
