What you will do

• Develop strategic inputs for product and component solutions using market trends, industry developments, and end-user requirements.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support, and other stakeholders around business line priorities.
• Shape product strategies and guide roadmap development across the product and component lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage external partners for strategic growth initiatives.
• Monitor business line performance and strategic initiatives through governance and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Systems, or related Engineering.
• Extensive applied experience in engineering, product development, or technical environments.
• Experience in product or component lifecycle management, product strategy input, and roadmap development.
• Experience analyzing markets and interpreting customer requirements.
• Strong technical understanding of product or component technologies and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
