What you will do

• Produce static banners for performance campaigns across various social media channels.
• Handle routine creative tasks including localization, batch production, and exporting.
• Collaborate daily with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Social Media Manager.
• Develop concepts and visual assets for high-profile brands in the online trading and crypto sectors.
• Analyze creative trends to proactively design the best-converting ad banners.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Strong working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, etc.) for ideation and asset generation.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems (SM/SEM/Google Display) and metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Experience producing Meta/Facebook ads for complex niche industries such as finance or crypto.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender or Maya.
• Background in a creative agency or similarly versatile environment.
• Experience with Jira or other project management tools.
• Previous experience within the trading or finance industry.
