What you will do

  • Deliver manufacturing-ready SPI, AOI, and X-ray processes for successful product launches and define inspection strategies.
  • Program, configure, monitor, and optimize Koh Young, Viscom, and Parmi inspection machines, including detection windows and machine capability.
  • Analyze technical documentation, participate in DFM/DFA reviews, evaluate PCB layouts and component footprints, and identify manufacturing risks before launch.
  • Organize pre-series process trials, establish process parameters, optimize process capability, and initiate changes when quality risks are identified.
  • Validate processes and transfer them to mass production through documentation, work instructions, control plans, and structured knowledge handover.
  • Support MES, traceability, and real-time data collection, and train and mentor team members on SMT processes and inspection machine operation.

Requirements

  • Higher education in a technical field, comparable training, or a master’s or technician qualification in electronic production.
  • At least 5 years of serial-production experience with inspection cameras and SPI/AOI/AXI systems, including Koh Young, Viscom, and Parmi.
  • Knowledge of IPC 610A and good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Analytical skills, teamwork ability, and communication skills.
  • Availability for business trips.
