What you will do
- Lead planning and coordination across project phases, from design planning through construction-related planning.
- Provide architectural design leadership and technical oversight for cleanroom facilities.
- Ensure the quality of architectural work produced within the department.
- Plan resources to balance department capacity with projected workload.
- Support proposals by preparing hours estimates, deliverable lists, execution methodologies, and architecturally led proposal presentations.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural design.
- Experience across schematic design, design development, and construction.
- Experience in laboratory programming and design requirements.
- Significant experience with large-scale process architecture.
- Understanding of local permitting legislation, building regulations, and Health and Safety legislation, with strong communication skills for multidisciplinary work.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry.
- Strong design and presentation graphics skills.
