International Talent Programme (ITP) 2026 - Technology (Fintech)

Location: Sydney, Australia. Applicants must be Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents at the time of application.

What you will do

• Complete three 18-month programme rotations across technology teams.
• Gain hands-on experience delivering solutions, improving systems, and contributing to real banking projects.
• Build capability across engineering, platforms, data, cloud, and digital delivery.
• Contribute to technology initiatives involving banking platform modernisation, customer experience, automation, data, and AI.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product specialists, technology leaders, and graduates globally.
• Participate in an international assignment within ING's global technology network where available.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last two years in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Strong academic results and up to two years of professional work experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative mindset, curiosity, initiative, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Global mindset and openness to international experiences.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required at the time of application.

Nice to have

• Coding projects, hackathons, internships, certifications, or university projects.
• Leadership activities, volunteering, or international exposure.
• Demonstrated workplace experience.
