Growth Operations Intern (LegalTech)

What you will do

• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks hindering regional growth.
• Prepare materials for regional leadership, including agendas and business reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure regional priorities are met.
• Plan and execute customer-facing and internal events to drive revenue.
• Support the operating rhythm of the EMEA leadership team through calendar and meeting coordination.
• Own special projects, including simplifying and automating regional workflows using AI tools.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment such as a scale-up or consulting firm.
• Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high ownership.
• English: Excellent communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.
