C++ Developer (Low-Latency Trading)

What you will do

• Develop and enhance complex trading applications for business and market-making needs.
• Design scalable solutions for high-frequency, low-latency automated trading.
• Optimize systems for performance, latency reduction, stability, and scalability.
• Work with traders and quantitative researchers to understand trading strategies, market data, financial products, and low-latency requirements.
• Collaborate with Trading, Quantitative Research, Infrastructure, and Strategy Developer teams to build and manage performant systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience, with up to 5 years considered ideal, designing and developing applications with modern C++ on Linux.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with full software development lifecycles and performance optimization or latency reduction methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex applications meeting demanding performance and scalability goals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience developing trading applications.
• Knowledge of financial products.
