Assistant Executive (Gaming)

hirify.global provides strategic public relations consulting and communications support for global gaming brands, including AAA titles and gaming hardware.

What you will do

• Develop press releases, briefing documents, media pitches, newsletters, reports, and other client-facing communications.
• Monitor local media and social channels, identify potential risks, and escalate key issues.
• Support media and KOL relations through media list development, press distribution, product seeding, event RSVPs, follow-ups, and interview coordination.
• Contribute to retainer and project planning, timelines, workstreams, status tracking, and campaign execution.
• Coordinate client events and media activities, including logistics, vendors, onsite support, guest management, and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant internship or entry-level experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or media.
• Strong interest in gaming, entertainment, technology, or consumer lifestyle sectors.
• Strong written, editing, and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese are required.
• Collaborative, proactive approach, strong learning agility, and willingness to support reasonable overtime when project needs require it.

Nice to have

• Overseas study or living experience.
• Client experience in gaming, technology, or related fields.
