Senior Brand Designer

What you will do

• Develop and implement hirify.global’s brand identity, tone of voice, and design strategy across marketing channels, events, reports, social media, and campaigns.
• Create visual concepts using illustration, infographics, image-making, typography, motion graphics, and data visualization.
• Partner with marketing managers to deliver creative and design services for growth, engagement, and demand generation.
• Work with the insights team to create clear and accurate data visualizations and corporate campaign content.
• Implement AI tools and research design tools that improve creativity, quality, productivity, and execution speed.
• Develop reusable templates and support design operations and infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in brand design, marketing design, creative work, image-making, typography, and data visualization.
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats.
• Bachelor of Design degree (B.Des).
• Experience with Gen AI, Figma, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, organization, time management, multitasking, and project ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tactics.
