Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead the project engineering sub-team for a strategic capital project and report to the Project Director.
  • Drive project schedules, execution plans, risk management, quality, and reporting.
  • Plan and conduct medium- to large-size engineering projects, including concurrent projects with custom execution plans and equipment requirements.
  • Manage cost, scope, schedule, procurement strategy, feasibility studies, and financial targets.
  • Lead complex experiments, analyze data, and develop solutions for products, processes, equipment, systems, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product development, manufacturing, senior management, external partners, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
  • 8+ years of significant engineering and/or operations experience desired.
  • Advanced technical knowledge with the ability to solve complex problems involving multiple competing factors.
  • Experience with project controls, fiscal control, financial systems, and economic or feasibility analysis.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, advise management, mentor others, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Postgraduate education or degree.
  • Technical background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceutical, biologics, or similar industries.
  • Experience developing or improving products, processes, or manufacturing operations.
