What you will do

• Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.
• Support project execution, resource allocation, and timely delivery of software solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and participate in code reviews.
• Maintain coding standards and coordinate communication within the team and across departments.
• Help identify and resolve project challenges while collaborating with senior management on departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role in software engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one software language and development methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of package applications.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant cloud certifications or advanced training.
• PMP, CTO, or MBA credentials.
