Producer (Film/TV/Digital/Live) (AI Evaluation)

hirify.global is running an AI evaluation project that uses production expertise to create realistic industry scenarios and benchmarks.

What you will do

• Create realistic evaluation tasks covering budgets, schedules, contracts, crews, and vendors.
• Develop and curate production artifacts, including call sheets, budgets, and delivery schedules.
• Define correct solutions for complex, multi-constraint production scenarios.
• Create evaluation rubrics for assessing production decisions and professional judgment.
• Review tasks for accuracy, realism, and industry relevance, then document workflows and incorporate reviewer feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional production experience.
• Hands-on experience with budgets, call sheets, contracts, schedules, vendors, and crews.
• Strong understanding of film, television, digital, or live production workflows and industry best practices.
• Excellent written communication, technical writing, analytical judgment, and multi-constraint decision-making.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience creating or evaluating rubrics and assessment frameworks.
• Prior AI experience is not required.
