What you will do
- Shoot and edit product stories, executive thought leadership, event coverage, social content, and other video formats.
- Own recording, mixing, and editing of audio to a high standard.
- Maintain a consistent visual and editorial voice across all video output.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into compelling narratives.
- Define media storytelling strategy and build scalable content production systems using AI tools.
- Source and manage external vendors, freelancers, and productions while coordinating content with global offices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in videography, video production, or a related media role.
- A strong, diverse portfolio or reel demonstrating clean, intentional storytelling across formats.
- Expert-level editing skills with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong audio production skills and a high standard for sound quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and make creative decisions with minimal direction.
- Experience managing vendors, external crews, or creative partners, plus working English proficiency sufficient for editing English-language content and communicating with English-speaking colleagues and event organizers.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, B2B, or startup environments.
- Familiarity with live streaming or event production.
- Experience building content systems across distributed teams.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills, including After Effects.
