Endpoint Support Engineer

What you will do

• Support the management and operation of infrastructure services.
• Contribute to infrastructure strategies, projects, and implementation activities.
• Maintain infrastructure system performance and availability while troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand infrastructure requirements and support solution design and implementation.
• Implement best practices, improve processes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Develop infrastructure documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Experience in infrastructure technology management.
• Strong technical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to continuously develop industry and technology knowledge.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification.
