hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Lead tax and industry professionals in delivering tax compliance and consulting services.
• Own all services for an assigned book of business and ensure client needs are fully met.
• Review and sign engagement letters, client deliverables, tax returns, and related work papers.
• Discuss assignment terms with clients and staff and approve fees.
• Develop new business and expand services for existing clients.
• Mentor team members and stay current on tax law changes.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field.
• Current CPA license required; JD or EA may be accepted instead of CPA.
• 10+ years of public accounting experience in a tax role at a public accounting or professional services firm.
• Ability to work from the Connecticut office location.
