Application Security Senior Consultant (Generative AI)

Location: USA - Remote; occasional travel may be required at less than 25%.

Salary: $115,000–$160,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver generative AI-enabled source code review engagements.
• Refine, improve, and present source code review outputs to executive, management, and technical audiences.
• Document recommendations for improving generative AI-enabled source code review technologies.
• Organize resources and oversee execution of application security assessments.
• Support and mentor less experienced red team members.
• Perform project management and penetration testing, including external and web application assessments, when needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in penetration testing or application security activities.
• Advanced experience with application security-focused source code review.
• Advanced experience with generative AI technologies and their use in source code review.
• Advanced experience with security assessment toolsets such as Nessus and Burp Suite.
• Strong understanding of security methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
• Advanced experience automating and scripting applications and systems.

Nice to have

• OSWE, OSWA, or GWAPT certification.
