hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Support multiple clients, accounting software platforms, and charts of accounts.
• Process daily transactions, including accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Complete month-end, quarterly, and annual accounting processes.
• Prepare basic financial statements and complete bank, credit card, prepaid, receivable, fixed asset, payable, and accrual reconciliations.
• Prepare sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other client-requested filings.

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• One to two years of accounting and financial services experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Proficiency with applicable software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
