What you will do

• Work on challenging projects for large clients to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and subject-matter experts to deliver breakthrough impact.
• Develop communication, presentation, and client-management skills through an apprenticeship model.
• Contribute to team efforts from day one to build trust-based client relationships.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Recent university graduate or professional with up to 3 years of work experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and across different cultures.
• Must be able to work from the Kuala Lumpur office at least three days per week.
