Associate AI Business Partner/AI Business Partner

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $62,400–$85,800 for the Associate AI Business Partner level, or $116,080–$159,610 for the AI Business Partner level, plus applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders on identifying, refining, and prioritizing AI opportunities aligned with strategic outcomes.
• Guide stakeholders through AI use case development, benefit realization, implementation planning, and delivery-path selection.
• Evaluate AI solution options, including buy-versus-build decisions and platform selection, in partnership with business and technology teams.
• Connect teams with subject matter experts, solution architects, delivery partners, and approved AI resources.
• Develop repeatable AI patterns, reusable assets, prompt libraries, use case inventories, and success stories to support scaled adoption.
• Deliver workforce enablement programs, leadership coaching, project-based learning, communities of practice, and adoption measurement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of specialty insurance experience required.
• One to two or more years of experience using AI tools preferred, plus familiarity with generative AI, automation platforms, and responsible AI principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on technology, automation, digital transformation, or AI initiatives.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and change-management skills.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
