What you will do

• Monitor regulatory and internal controls and conduct compliance surveillance.
• Assess financial product and transaction suitability for Private Wealth Management clients.
• Advise Private Wealth Management teams on regulations, policies, and client issues.
• Review marketing materials used to present Private Wealth Management products and services.
• Collaborate daily with the Florida Private Wealth Management business, Divisional Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Participate in US Private Wealth Management and Global Compliance projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of relevant experience.
• Experience with legal, regulatory, and compliance issues in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical, risk assessment, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak and read Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Series 7, 63, 9, and 10 licenses, or willingness and ability to pass the exams within a reasonable period.
