What you will do
- Gather requirements, design solutions, and implement SAP Customer Service processes aligned with business objectives.
- Configure and support SAP CS functionalities, including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, and installed base management.
- Collaborate with SAP SD, PM, MM, and FI teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Provide end-user support, conduct testing, and prepare functional specifications.
- Drive continuous improvements to service management processes.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of overall professional experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Customer Service module implementation and support projects.
- Experience configuring service management processes, troubleshooting issues, and delivering business-focused SAP solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP CS and SD, PM, MM, and Finance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working in global project environments.
