What you will do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Configure order-to-cash, pricing, credit management, shipping, delivery, transportation, billing, and invoicing processes.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects, test scripts, user manuals, and process documentation.
• Support SAP implementations, enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Investigate and resolve order processing, delivery, and billing issues through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in SAP SD consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD, including O2C, pricing condition techniques, credit management, billing, invoicing, and customer master data governance.
• Experience with medium- to large-scale SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Experience in blueprinting, solution design, functional specifications, testing, documentation, and complex issue resolution.
• Strong integration knowledge of Warehouse Management, Finance (FI), and Customer Service modules.
• Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities, and provide timely functional support.
