About the Role

You investigate escalated and complex fiat and on-chain financial crime cases, manage customer requests for information, recommend account actions, prepare suspicious activity reporting narratives and evidence packs, and support law enforcement requests involving the United States.

Requirements

• 4+ years in AML, fraud, transaction monitoring, or financial crimes investigations
• Experience with complex or escalated casework
• Based in and authorized to work in the United States
• Deep working knowledge of AML/CFT typologies
• Understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC sanctions, and SAR filing expectations
• Experience with monitoring and blockchain analytics tools such as Sardine or Elliptic
• Excellent investigative writing skills

Responsibilities

• Own escalated and complex cases from intake through documentation
• Investigate fiat and on-chain activity
• Draft and manage customer requests for information
• Recommend and execute account actions according to the escalation matrix
• Prepare SAR/STR-ready narratives and evidence packs
• Support suspicious activity reporting workflows
• Support law enforcement requests and jurisdiction-sensitive matters
