What you will do
- Design and create game levels with balanced flow and engaging player experiences.
- Continuously playtest levels to refine pacing, difficulty curves, and player satisfaction.
- Analyze level funnel metrics, drop-off points, and player feedback to improve gameplay performance.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and art teams to implement and refine game content.
- Deconstruct competitor games and study puzzle mechanics to develop new ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand game systems and logic.
- Product-oriented mindset and curiosity about game performance and improvement.
- Passion for mobile games and the gaming industry.
- Understanding of player behavior and data-driven evaluation of gameplay, level balance, and player experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; prior experience is not required.
