What you will do
- Design levels for high-performing playable ads promoting leading mobile games.
- Research and develop innovative game mechanics for interactive advertising experiences.
- Polish game mechanics and flows to improve player engagement and downloads.
- Work with game developers and provide constructive feedback on mechanics and player experience.
- Analyze performance data and optimize mechanics and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with production, QA, art, and game design teams to improve content pipelines and processes.
Requirements
- Product management experience in casual gaming or at least 2 years of experience designing levels and mechanics for casual mobile games.
- Strong passion for casual mobile gaming and knowledge of casual audiences, markets, and player motivations.
- Creative approach to level design supported by a relevant online portfolio or showreel.
- Strong understanding of game design methodologies and current mobile game advertising trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, feedback, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in an agile team environment.
