Educational Content Producer (AI)

Location: Full-time, in-office role at the Amsterdam HQ, Netherlands. Includes an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

What you will do

• Own educational content from idea development and scripting through recording, production, and publication.
• Master hirify.global's AI products and identify useful workflows, use cases, and creative possibilities.
• Turn product features and technical capabilities into practical tutorials, walkthroughs, demonstrations, and use-case videos.
• Create engaging scripts, screen recordings, product demonstrations, voiceovers, and on-camera presentations where appropriate.
• Develop educational content for product and feature launches across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, email, landing pages, and other channels.
• Build scalable production formats with video, motion, and graphic design collaborators while using analytics to improve performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in educational content, social content, product content, or a similar field.
• Strong scripting, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and audience-retention skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to create screen recordings, product demonstrations, and voiceovers independently.
• Experience owning content from concept through publication and using content analytics to improve future work.
• Strong interest in AI products and ability to learn new technology quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content about AI, SaaS, software, or creative technology.
• Experience growing a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other content channel.
• Basic video editing or motion-design skills with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Figma.
• Natural and confident on-camera presence.
