Decision Scientist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania; 2 days in the office are recommended but not enforced. Workation is available for up to 90 days per year, including up to 21 days outside the EU.

Salary: €3,433–€4,650 gross per month.

What you will do

• Lead the analytical side of the Item Engagement team within the Buyer domain.
• Identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to product teams and stakeholders.
• Test features and methods, including the AI Shopping Assistant and High Demand badge, using statistical analysis and visualisation.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators, investigate issues, and identify root causes.
• Build self-service dashboards and enable stakeholders to use data and AI for business insights.
• Review new business initiatives from a Decision Scientist perspective and demonstrate their impact.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Decision Scientist, Data Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Experience with A/B testing and product development.
• Strong knowledge of at least one statistical programming language, such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dashboarding tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• University degree in statistics, econometrics, economics, business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
