Content Marketing Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work in Tbilisi or Limassol

What you will do

• Drive go-to-market and lifecycle marketing through customer-focused content.
• Develop creative briefs for product marketing campaigns.
• Create and refine product pages, presentations, emails, and sales materials.
• Review content for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Partner with Product and Design on value propositions and messaging.
• Build scalable templates and workflows and collaborate with SEO, Sales, and Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar area.
• Full working proficiency in English at C1 level, including drafting and reviewing copy.
• Ability to turn complex product features into clear value propositions.
• Understanding of SEO principles, web design best practices, and product marketing concepts.
• Advanced experience with Google Workspace, visualization, and project management tools.

Nice to have
