DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD solutions for reliable software delivery.
• Develop infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and operational workflows.
• Support containerized applications, Kubernetes-based platforms, and cloud-native evolution.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and observability improvements.
• Investigate production incidents, performance bottlenecks, and distributed-system issues.
• Improve security, resilience, disaster recovery, service continuity, and DevOps engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automation.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes-based platforms, and production workloads in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, observability, networking, security, and system reliability.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Kubernetes, OpenShift, API Gateway, NGINX, or cloud storage.
• Experience with platform engineering, developer experience, data-intensive applications, or secure software delivery.
• Background in sustainability, ESG, risk, regulatory, or financial services environments.
• Relevant Cloud, DevOps, Kubernetes, Platform Engineering, or Security certifications.
• Experience contributing to architecture and platform roadmaps or mentoring engineers.
