Director, Treasury Regulatory Compliance & Administration (Financial Compliance)

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week on-site

What you will do

• Lead and enhance Treasury’s Regulatory Compliance Management framework.
• Oversee RCM program administration, documentation, regulatory change management, rules libraries, and training materials.
• Coordinate risk-based assessments, regulatory monitoring, and remediation of compliance gaps.
• Develop compliance risk reporting and metrics to support leadership decision-making.
• Act as a central contact for governance, audits, infrastructure activities, policy management, controls, attestations, and records retention.
• Manage control testing, audit deficiencies, and Risk and Control Self-Assessment activities while partnering with business, compliance, risk, audit, and second-line teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications for reporting, analysis, and daily work.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, reporting, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with Finance, Risk Management, Technology, business leaders, and governance stakeholders.
• Experience with hirify.global operating policies, standards, and organizational structure; Treasury or governance experience is an asset.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
