What you will do

• Drive high-impact delivery initiatives from idea through implementation.
• Design and embed best-practice reconciliation models across multiple asset classes.
• Reduce manual breaks through automation, standardization, and stronger controls.
• Lead complex client onboardings and create scalable, repeatable setups.
• Act as a SimCorp platform authority, translating operational challenges into concrete solutions and process improvements.
• Define standards, documentation, governance, knowledge sharing, and coaching practices that support reuse and delivery at scale.

Requirements

• Strong experience in investment operations within asset management, banking, or insurance.
• Hands-on expertise with the SimCorp platform and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Deep understanding of reconciliation processes across multiple asset classes.
• Experience turning complex operational challenges into implemented outcomes.
• Ability to influence change in a complex organization and collaborate within a small, high-impact team.
