Go Trainee (Backend)

Location: Onsite in Baku, Azerbaijan

Salary: Up to 2,080 AZN per month before taxes during the traineeship.

Andersen is an international IT outsourcing company delivering software projects for clients in banking and fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and telecom.

What you will do

• Complete an intensive, fully paid three-month Go traineeship.
• Develop backend programming skills through structured learning and practical training.
• Prepare for work on real commercial and enterprise-level projects.
• Attend training onsite five days a week, eight hours per day.
• Progress to a Junior 1 offer after successfully completing the program.

Requirements

• Intermediate or higher English and/or German for verbal communication.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Go.
• Basic knowledge of data structures and understanding of OOP principles.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Understanding of testing and experience writing unit tests.
• Availability for full-time onsite attendance in Baku.

Nice to have

• Participation in relevant competitions, olympiads, or conferences.
• Intermediate or higher German.
