Senior Python Back-End Developer (Blockchain)

What you will do

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop features and new products.
• Design and implement backend solutions based on business requirements, technical specifications, and coding standards.
• Build secure integrations with blockchain networks, cryptocurrency exchanges, digital wallets, and related APIs.
• Contribute to systems supporting cryptocurrency trading, custody, and settlement.
• Implement unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and identify refactoring opportunities.
• Ensure software quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, and compliance with requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of software development experience, including strong Python coding experience.
• Knowledge of software design, architecture, software quality assurance, SDLC, and service-oriented architecture.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka, microservices, containerized applications, and WebSockets.
• Experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code using Terraform or Helm, Git, Jenkins, and web security standards.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, cryptography, and digital assets, with hands-on experience integrating crypto APIs, smart contracts, or blockchain SDKs.

Nice to have

• PHP development experience.
• Exposure to DeFi protocols, Web3 frameworks, or digital custody systems.
