Expert Business Analyst (Public Sector)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end business analysis activities for public sector clients, from requirements definition through solution validation.
• Lead client interviews to identify business issues and propose solutions.
• Document and design business processes, including as-is and to-be environments and improvement roadmaps.
• Guide team members in requirements gathering and the production of functional requirements for software development.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, workshops, and proposals.
• Manage requirement changes, risks, stakeholder alignment, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the public sector.
• Advanced expertise in business process analysis, functional requirements definition, and business solution design.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, data-driven approach and operational autonomy across multiple projects.
