TL;DR
Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Maintaining and improving reliable, highly available production infrastructure with an accent on AWS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and observability. Focus on automating operations with Terraform and Ansible, troubleshooting complex incidents, optimizing cloud costs and security, and supporting scalable deployments.
Location: Ukraine; remote work is available.

What you will do
- Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, performance, security, and cost efficiency of production infrastructure.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, identify risks proactively, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
- Automate operational tasks with Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
- Manage AWS infrastructure, including ECS Fargate and EKS Kubernetes clusters.
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes while improving monitoring, logging, alerting, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with development teams on application reliability, scalability, operational excellence, and incident response, including on-call rotations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineer.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, Ansible, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and ECS Fargate.
- Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, Docker, networking, and containerization skills.
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- English: Intermediate+ or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with HashiCorp Vault, ArgoCD, FluxCD, or GitOps workflows.
- Experience administering PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Kafka.
- Knowledge of SRE principles, security best practices, and compliance standards.
- Experience with high-load production environments, GCP, or Hetzner.
- AWS or Kubernetes certifications.
