TL;DR
Training Coordinator (LMS/e-learning): Administering training courses and curricula in the Siemens Energy Learning Platform with an accent on learning management systems, e-learning creation, and training coordination. Focus on organizing training appointments, managing course communications and changes, and producing training statistics from the LMS.
Location: Hybrid (remote/office) in Bucharest, Romania; occasional travel required

What you will do
- Administer training courses and curricula in the Learning Platform (SELP).
- Serve as the subject matter expert and central contact for the learning management system.
- Support technical experts in creating e-learning content using relevant design tools.
- Organize training appointments with trainers and coordinate communication with trainers and participants.
- Manage course changes and produce statistics on registrations, cancellations, evaluations, and training status.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience administering learning management systems.
- Knowledge of tools for creating screencast videos, tutorial videos, or web-based training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with e-learning.
- Knowledge of German.
