What you will do

• Listen to Hebrew audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and overall linguistic quality.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and subtle language differences.
• Document evaluation results and provide clear explanations and detailed feedback in English.
• Apply established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
• Complete audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines to support improvements in AI language models.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Hebrew.
• B2+ English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice specialization, music, audio engineering, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, language evaluation, or linguistic assessment.
• Experience evaluating pronunciation, accents, speech patterns, or voice quality.
• Teaching, media, communications, or other language-related experience.
• Familiarity with AI-generated speech or language technologies.
