Community Engager (Gaming Communities)

Location: Slough, UK; hybrid working with three days in the office, including rotating weekend shifts and variable start times. No relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Engage with hirify.global fans, gamers, creators, and consumers across social media, live streams, product reviews, fan communities, and gaming platforms.
• Create personalized interactions and channel-specific content that support business and marketing objectives.
• Develop engagement approaches for audiences with different interests, affinity levels, and passions.
• Apply brand safety, moderation, and compliance guidance to maintain positive and safe community experiences.
• Identify emerging trends, community insights, and engagement opportunities.
• Gather and share community observations and engagement data with stakeholders for reporting and decision-making.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing community interactions across multiple digital platforms, including social media, fan communities, gaming forums, or review platforms.
• Fluent written English with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating channel-specific content and engagement strategies.
• Experience applying brand safety, moderation, or compliance standards in public digital communities.
• Ability to identify trends, document insights, and provide stakeholder recommendations.
• Comfort working in a shift-based environment, including rotating weekend coverage.

Nice to have

• Experience using Reddit, Discord, or similar community-led platforms.
• Interest in gaming, Formula 1, or other online fandom communities.
• Customer-facing or community-facing experience using French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian.
