Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (AI) (Ruby on Rails, React, Golang): Building and operating full-stack support systems, APIs, microservices, and AI-assisted workflows for consumers, drivers, merchants, and support agents with an accent on scalability, reliability, and accessible frontend experiences. Focus on leading technical designs, solving distributed-systems and production-reliability challenges, and improving observability, testing, incident response, and engineering standards.
Location: Onsite at the Vietnam office, CMC Creative Space

What you will do
- Build and maintain full-stack features with Ruby on Rails, React, Golang, internal tools, APIs, and microservices.
- Lead technical delivery for support journeys, workflows, internal platforms, and end-to-end production rollouts.
- Design scalable, reliable, and observable systems for critical support operations.
- Develop clean and accessible frontend experiences for users, agents, and support teams.
- Manage production readiness, monitoring dashboards, runbooks, releases, incident response, root-cause analysis, and prevention work.
- Review designs and code, mentor engineers, and improve testing and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development experience, including production frontend applications and Golang backend services.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, distributed systems, service design, data modelling, and reliability trade-offs.
- Ability to lead technical design and deliver projects from requirements through production rollout.
- Fluent English communication.
- Experience with maintainable, testable code and unit, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong debugging, code review, mentoring, and production-systems experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Temporal or other workflow orchestration systems.
- Experience building AI-powered user experiences, support automation, agent-assist tools, chatbot flows, or intelligent self-service products.
- Experience with ticketing systems, Help Centre, CRM, or customer support platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, or GitLab, and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
