TL;DR
Lead Fullstack Engineer (Java/React): Designing and delivering microservices for banking frontend applications with an accent on Java, React, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD. Focus on building scalable distributed services, troubleshooting microservices environments, and providing technical leadership across the software delivery lifecycle.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration, with online interviews and onboarding.

What you will do
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support application code and services.
- Design and manage continuous integration, build management, and deployment scripts and systems.
- Build scalable microservices-based banking products with international development teams.
- Translate Product Owner requirements into consistent, maintainable applications.
- Apply CI/CD and DevOps practices, including code reviews, debugging, and automated testing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Java/fullstack engineer, senior engineer, or technical lead.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, React, RESTful APIs, microservices, and BFF services.
- Experience with AWS or Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, AWS Lambda, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, JSON, web security, accessibility, and Agile/Scrum.
- Strong English communication skills are required for a global working environment.
