Russian Bilingual Expert (AI)

Language and AI training project focused on improving Russian-language understanding and generation.

What you will do

• Listen to Russian audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and overall linguistic quality.
• Identify unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, subtle linguistic differences, and other language-specific characteristics.
• Document evaluations and provide clear explanations and justifications in English.
• Apply evaluation guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify ambiguous language content.
• Complete audio review tasks accurately and on schedule to provide insights for improving AI models.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Russian, including excellent spoken and written command.
• English proficiency at B2+ level for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions clearly.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Background in linguistics, phonetics, voice specialization, music, audio engineering, communications, or a related field.
• Experience with audio analysis, transcription, language evaluation, or linguistic assessment.
• Experience evaluating pronunciation, accents, speech patterns, or voice quality.
• Teaching, media, communications, or other language-related experience.
• Familiarity with AI-generated speech or language technologies.
