Senior Compliance & Research Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain production-grade automation tools and reusable scripting libraries in Python, Bash/Shell, and PowerShell.
• Automate compliance scanning, validation, remediation, reporting, content generation, and CI/CD integration.
• Design AI-powered compliance workflows using Claude and OpenAI APIs, including intelligent search, policy Q&A, benchmark research, and remediation drafting.
• Establish validation, human-review, safety, and accuracy standards for AI-generated compliance content.
• Develop compliance policies, technical standards, benchmark mappings, hardening guidance, and customer-facing documentation.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to integrate compliance automation into product and deployment workflows.

Requirements

• Advanced Python, PowerShell, and Bash/Shell scripting skills, including modularity, testing, error handling, logging, documentation, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and/or OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, context management, and AI agent development.
• Strong Linux administration and hardening expertise, including LVM, LUKS, SELinux, sysctl, PAM, auditd, SSH, firewalls, rsyslog, cron, sudoers, and systemd.
• Practical experience with CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIG, plus knowledge of NIST 800-53/800-171, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27002, HIPAA, GDPR, and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux, macOS, networking, AWS/Azure/GCP, automation design patterns, secure scripting, and advanced Regex.
• Ability to independently deliver complex projects, communicate technical findings, and produce maintainable code and documentation.
