Delivery Solutions Architect (Communications, Media, Entertainment & Games)

Location: United States; travel up to 30% may be required.

Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD annually, with potential annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategies and execution plans for strategic customer accounts.
• Drive Databricks use cases from technical win through onboarding, enablement, production go-live, and healthy consumption.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production and go-live issues across complex customer organizations.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Shared Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop adoption, enablement, optimization, governance, and executive reporting plans.
• Provide customer health, risk, investment, product adoption, and use-case progression updates to technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accountable technical project or program delivery experience in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and business-value attribution.
• Experience managing technical programs, projects, accounts, stakeholders, resources, and complex executive escalations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Track record of exceeding quotas, goals, or comparable objective targets.
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, business analysis, and strategic roadmap development.
