What you will do
- Explore product opportunities through user research, experimentation, prototyping, and iterative design.
- Carry concepts from early exploration through production-ready front-end implementation.
- Shape product scope by validating problems, challenging assumptions, and collaborating with the product squad.
- Design and build supervisory interfaces for AI-native workflows, including triage queues, confidence and citation patterns, and briefings.
- Use AI tools across research, design, prototyping, development, and testing while critically evaluating their outputs.
- Own front-end quality, including usability, accessibility, performance, responsive behaviour, and cross-device compatibility.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building front-end products through to production, owning both the experience and implementation.
- Fluency in modern web development and front-end engineering practices.
- Strong product judgment, visual taste, and ability to validate ideas with real users.
- Experience using AI tooling across multiple stages of product development and understanding AI limitations and failure modes.
- Experience creating data-rich, complex, or high-stakes interfaces for demanding professional users.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, performance, and cross-device behaviour, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary product squad.
