Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Design, provision, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex target environments for product validation and vulnerability research.
• Rapidly provision and configure environments for zero-day vulnerability validation and customer-specific use cases.
• Administer Linux and Windows infrastructure, VMware and KVM virtualization, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.
• Configure and maintain application pods, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
• Install, configure, and tune distributed systems including Oracle, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, Kafka, Redis, and Ceph across multiple data centers.
• Work with Product, Signature, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver infrastructure environments within defined timelines.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, including at least 5 years of hands-on VMware experience and at least 4 years of Linux infrastructure experience.
• Strong Linux administration skills across RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Enterprise Linux, and Ubuntu, including provisioning, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with VMware technologies including vCenter, ESXi, HA/DRS, vSAN, patching, and upgrades, plus other virtualization technologies such as KVM.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, load balancing, routing, firewalls, proxies, Linux security, SELinux, and access control.
• Hands-on automation and scripting experience with Bash, Python, or Ansible, as well as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and Kubernetes; enterprise storage performance; and multi-data-center availability, replication, and backup integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, SharePoint, and Windows patching.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, IBM Spectrum, IBM Tivoli, VMware vRealize, BMC Helix, or other enterprise technologies.
