Location: Remote within the United States or hybrid, with potential hybrid work based out of Austin, Texas; Hoffman Estates, Illinois; or Portland, Oregon. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $65,000–$85,500 annually, with potential bonus, benefits, and other incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Join a 16-week, full-time paid returnship program with meaningful project work aligned to business needs.
• Contribute to opportunities across technology, product, data, finance, marketing, HR, customer care, and related functions.
• Apply prior professional experience while rebuilding skills and confidence after an extended caregiving-related career break.
• Participate in structured onboarding, role-specific training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development.
• Complete the returnship with the potential to convert to a regular full-time role based on performance and business needs.

• Prior full-time professional work experience.
• A career break of at least two years for caregiving reasons.
• Readiness to return to full-time work in a structured environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Availability for a 16-week, 40-hour-per-week program.
