TL;DR
Junior Software Engineer (AI): Building end-to-end internal tools, automation platforms, data-driven products, and AI-enabled workflows across frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, and LLM capabilities with an accent on fullstack delivery and practical product engineering. Focus on integrating RAG workflows, AI agents, tool calling, data pipelines, testing, and reliable user-facing features.
Location: Asia; remote work-from-home arrangement

What you will do
- Build and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI/LLM components.
- Develop interfaces for internal tools, dashboards, AI assistants, automation workflows, and productivity platforms.
- Build backend services, APIs, data pipelines, task workflows, and system integrations.
- Integrate LLM capabilities for assistants, RAG workflows, AI agents, classification, summarization, extraction, and issue analysis.
- Use AI coding tools to improve development speed, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product, operations, support, engineering, security, and infrastructure teams, iterating based on user feedback and usage data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid programming fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Hands-on experience with a frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Hands-on experience with a backend language or framework such as Python, Go, Java, Node, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Express.
- Practical experience with LLM/AI applications, including API integration, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, tool calling, workflow automation, classification, summarization, extraction, or output evaluation.
- Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cline, or similar tools, plus strong ownership and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered products, internal tools, dashboards, workflow automation, or data-driven applications.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Dify, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI API, Anthropic API, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, knowledge bases, or retrieval systems.
- Experience with observability, monitoring, alerting, incident analysis, DevOps, SRE, or UI/UX design thinking.
- Personal AI projects, hackathons, open-source contributions, or production AI application experience.
