What you will do
- Define and drive execution strategies for high-performance compute processor IP products.
- Lead program planning, execution, milestone governance, and delivery across multiple teams and sites.
- Provide technical direction across micro-architecture, RTL design, verification, engineering flows, and delivery governance.
- Act as a technical authority for architecture, implementation, and verification strategies.
- Build team capability through coaching, mentoring, methodology improvements, and knowledge sharing.
- Drive delivery quality, engineering efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across global teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
- 20+ years of experience in digital front-end design, implementation, verification, validation, or project/program management for computational IP development.
- Experience in senior technical leadership or engineering management, including signoff accountability, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Expertise in microprocessor, memory, and system architecture, as well as digital design and verification methodologies.
- Proficiency with SystemVerilog, Verilog, UVM/OVM, formal verification, functional coverage, RTL design, C/C++, Assembly, Python, and Perl.
- Strong program execution skills covering requirements analysis, prioritization, risk management, resource planning, execution tracking, and cross-functional communication.
