Senior Compliance Analyst - Payments Industry (Regulatory)

What you will do

• Liaise with Mexican regulatory bodies and clients in Mexico on compliance regulations and card-industry projects.
• Interpret and support the implementation of regulatory requirements across the payments ecosystem.
• Identify required business, system, and process updates and initiate appropriate actions.
• Administer the compliance workstream for multiple initiatives and projects while providing internal and external advisory support.
• Escalate compliance gaps, assess financial exposure and client impact, and recommend remediation and communication plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Technology, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous payment network experience is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Mexican regulatory bodies and the application of regulations to the payments ecosystem and financial industries.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing.
• Ability to work proactively and flexibly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
